Beloved zouk community, artists, event fans and friends,

  • We want to create the safest environment for everybody at Ibiza Zouk Dance Festival and maintain our family atmosphere at the same time. So we will take safety precautions according to the Spanish Government measurements that are mandatory at that time. For more information check here  https://www.spth.gob.es/
  • Due to the current circumstances, the participation of any artist, venue’s, program and terms & conditions are subject to change, travel regulations and (city) government measurements & regulations.
  • All passes from Ibiza Zouk Dance Festival 2020 and 2021 are transferred for Ibiza Zouk Dance Festival 2022.
    • Transfer from to 2022, due to COVID, is free of charge
    • Your ticket is automatically transferred. You don’t need to do anything.
    • Want to upgrade your ticket; send an e-mail to info@ibizazoukdancefestival.com
  • When, due to COVID, you are not able to join the event we will transfer your ticket onto Ibiza Zouk Dance Festival 2023.
    • Transfer from 2022 to 2023, due to COVID, is free of charge
  • When, due to COVID measurements and safety, it’s not possible to organize Ibiza Zouk Dance Festival 2022, all passes will be automatically transfered to 2023.
    • Transfer, due to COVID, from 2022 to 2023 is free of charge
    • Your ticket is automatically transferred. You don’t need to do anything.

  • We reserve the right to cancel Ibiza Zouk Dance Festival if the Covid-19 situation requires so. We do not take any responsibility for your travel cost and other expenses.
  • We reserve the right to ask all participants for a corona entry proof. This is fully in line the regulations set by the Spanish Government.
  • We deserve the right to to deny entry for anyone who has covid related symptoms or ask to leave the event to create the safest environment.
  • Tickets for Ibiza Zouk Dance Festival are not refundable. Participants who have been denied entry due to due to Covid-19 (i.e., no valid corona entry proof or a positive test), cannot get their ticket(s) refunded.
  • If Ibiza Zouk Dance Festival is cancelled due to the Covid-19 virus, the tickets will be automatically transferred to the next Ibiza Zouk Dance Festival. Tickets are not refunded.
