Event Rules & Regulations<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Ibiza Zouk Dance Festival<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Date: 19 \u2013 22 May 2022<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

All event participants and other members of the public in the event area are required to behave in a way that will not affect the health and safety of others and to adhere to the rules and safety regulations provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

1. Admission to the event area will be refused to:<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

a.<\/strong>\u00a0anyone carrying prohibited items: alcohol, drugs, firearms, weapons, explosives, other dangerous objects and clothing or items that might impede identification<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

b.<\/strong>\u00a0any person who act in an abusive or aggressive manner, fail to produce proof of identity or refuse a security (person or belongings) search<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

We will ejected from the event any person who:<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

a.<\/strong>\u00a0is behaving in an aggressive or abusive manner or deemed to be acting in a way that might pose a risk to others. Indecent behaviour that is evidently aimed at disturbing the peace, provoking, or inciting to violence, hate, anger, xenophobia, race hate, sexual harassment etc.;<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

b.<\/strong>\u00a0is in possession of prohibited items (listed in point 1.a.)<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

3.<\/strong>\u00a0All participants must follow any safety instructions given by the Promoter or Safety Personnel.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

4.<\/strong>\u00a0All incidents involving physical violence and verbal abuse against Safety Personnel will be reported to the police.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

5.<\/strong>\u00a0The Personnel charged with the above are to take the necessary measures to avoid any situation that might violate the dignity of the person concerned or damage their personal property.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

6.<\/strong>\u00a0Minors remain the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

7.<\/strong>\u00a0By entering the event site the participants grant the permission to be filmed, recorded or photographed; their likeness, image, voice, and words may be used for marketing or promotional purposes without compensation.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

8.<\/strong>\u00a0If a fire or other emergency is discovered in the event area:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

a.<\/strong>\u00a0notify Safety Personnel immediately,<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

b.<\/strong>\u00a0avoid panic,<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

c.<\/strong>\u00a0follow the instructions of Safety Personnel,<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

d.<\/strong>\u00a0do not obstruct access for emergency services.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

9.<\/strong>\u00a0Event participants expressly agree that the primary purpose of Safety Personnel is to prevent any danger or potential danger to any person or property. Any action undertaken by Safety Personnel for this purpose in accordance with the law is authorized.<\/p>\n
